Lakeside View is an Orlando Florida, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom holiday vacation rental villa situated in Cumbrian Lakes, a gated community just off Poinciana Boulevard in
Kissimmee. We are located a short 10 minute drive from Disney and within 15 - 25 minutes of Universal Studios, Sea World and all the other major theme parks and attractions in the Orlando area.
Our Orlando villa is furnished to the highest standards with all necessary conveniences, whilst at the same time being a comfortable “home-from-home”. The landscaped, private and screened south facing pool and hot-tub have
lovely water views over one of Cumbrian Lakes' scenic lakes, beyond which lies a conservation woodland containing many native Florida species.
As the pool is not overlooked, you can enjoy relaxing and dining on the pool-deck,
completely undisturbed.
We are a family friendly villa, and offer you a quality vacation or holiday home which is real value for money. For your convenience we have installed highspeed "wireless" Broadband internet, as well as digital cable TV offering a choice of 150 channels, and FREE telephone calls to the US and Canada.
Being a residential community, Cumbrian Lakes also offers a children's play area, just two minutes walk from the villa, and lakeside scenic
paths, perfect for an evening's stroll or morning run. At certain times of year you may even be lucky enough to see
our resident alligator!! A Super Walmart is located within a 3 minute drive and there are a number of other shops and restaurants conveniently nearby.

Just got home late last night. We had a great time staying at your
villa. What a beautiful villa you own. We also enjoyed seeing
